A double strand cultured pearl necklace knotted to a sapphire and diamond box section clasp; the sixty-four and sixty-seven beads approx. 8mm to 8.5mm diameter; the central mixed-cut dark sapphire approx. 6.5mm diameter surrounded by 12 pairs of single-cut diamonds approx. 2mm and border of twelve round mixed-cut sapphires, each approx. 3mm diameter. Estimated total sapphire weight 3.18 metric carat; total diamond weight 0.75 metric carat, clarity SI, colour H/I on a white gold setting, tested. Pearls with light cream background, slight rose overtones, medium nacre, medium lustre, round to slightly off-round shape, good match. Gross weight 112.72g with FGA insurance valuation for £4,500 dated 2009 (see photos). Also included is a pair of pearl and garnet earrings on a 9ct gold stamped, filigree frame
