Delicate choker-style necklace with 17 strands of fine pearls, approximately 2.08 mm - 3.00 mm, and five prongs adorned with old-cut European-style diamonds set in a grain setting. Late 19th century. GIA certified. The pearls, with their intense oriental luster, are strung on threads of varying lengths, creating an exquisite drape, and are joined together with diamond prongs. Set in 18K yellow gold with a silver accent.
