Hand inked and hand painted 3 cel setup along with hand painted production background. Depicts Popeye seated in a Chinese restaurant. Cel image of Popeye approx. 1-3/4" x 4", background image approx. 12-3/8" x 10". Each cel needs a quick cleaning. Bottom edge of each have torn punch holes.
