Hand-Colored original "Popeye" Cartoon Artwork depiction of Olive Oyl by Bud Sagendorf, Inscribed and nicely Signed, "Bes' Wishes to Galen North - From Olive an' Bud Sagendorf", hand-created on heavy cardstock, measuring 7" x 10", Choice Crisp Very Fine.
