Original signed stage program for Without Love, performed at the Walnut Street Theatre, Philadelphia, and dated March 23, 1942. Signed on the front cover in blue fountain pen by Katharine Hepburn, Donald Briggs, Audrey Christie, and Elliot Nugent. The program is a 15-page issue of The Playgoer, The Magazine of the Theatre. The production was the original stage version of Without Love by Philip Barry. Katharine Hepburn later reprised her role in the 1945 MGM film adaptation Without Love, opposite Spencer Tracy and directed by Harold S. Bucquet. The film was released three years after the stage production featured in this program. Condition Good condition overall. Light general handling wear, with clear and legible signatures on the front cover. Interior pages clean and fully intact.
