Family registers.- Family register (probably) belonging to Springer, the son of a merchant from Schneeberg in the Ore Mountains. With 34 handwritten entries on approx. 180 pages. Mostly Schneeberg, also Hanover, Zwickau, Leipzig, etc. 1818-25. With 1 colored mounted copperplate engraving, 1 watercolor, and 1 woven silk ribbon. Small octavo. Contemporary leather with 2 colored spine labels ('Sacré à l'amitié') (scratched). - With entries by his father Friedrich August, his mother Ernestine, his siblings Philippine, Richard, and Bertha, his teacher at the Bürgerschule in Schneeberg Johann Gotthilf Clauß (1780-1862; honorary citizen of Schneeberg, Freemason, corresponded with Pestalozzi) , his friends and classmates Christoph L. Wicke, Franz Rudolph Naumann, Magnus Schnorr, Ferdinand Härtel (1803-1885, later city councilor in Schneeberg) , Alexander Schnorr, Theodor Seelhorst, and others, his cousins Ernestine and Philippine Härtel, his cousin Louis Härtel, etc.- Occasional faint stains.- Enclosed is a typescript with biographical information and copies relating to Springer and some entries.- Original description in German: Stammbücher.- Stammbuch (wohl) des Kaufmannssohnes Springer aus Schneeberg im Erzgebirge. Mit 34 handschriftlichen Einträgen auf ca. 180 Blättern. Meist Schneeberg, außerdem Hannover, Zwickau, Leipzig u.a. 1818-25. Mit 1 kolor. mont. Kupferstich, 1 Aquarell und 1 eingeflochtenen Seidenband. Quer-Klein-Oktav. Leder der Zeit mit 2 farbigen Rückenschild ('Sacré à l'amitié') (beschabt). - Mit Einträgen des Vaters Friedrich August, der Mutter Ernestine, der Geschwister Philippine, Richard und Bertha, seines Lehrers an der Bürgerschule in Schneeberg Johann Gotthilf Clauß (1780-1862; Ehrenbürger von Schneeberg, Freimaurer, stand im Briefwechsel mit Pestalozzi) , seiner Freunde und Mitschüler Christoph L. Wicke, Franz Rudolph Naumann, Magnus Schnorr, Ferdinand Härtel (1803-1885, später Stadtrat in Schneeberg) , Alexander Schnorr, Theodor Seelhorst u.a., der Kusinen Ernestine und Philippine Härtel, des Vetters Louis Härtel etc.- Vereinzelt schwach fleckig.- Beiliegend ein Typoskript mit biographischen Angaben und Kopien zu Springer und einigen Einträgen.
