John Riggins autographed Washington Redskins professional model pants with interior padding having possible Super Bowl XVII attribution. Maroon pants with gold and white trim having been worn by Riggins with Washington. Medalist Sand-Knit manufacturer's label affixed inside waist along with " 44" uniform number written in vintage black marker (additional 44 and 17 numbers crossed out as well). The pants show heavy use including multiple team repairs and impact marks. Also included are two hip and two tailbone interior pads all of which have been signed by Riggins with the hip pads noted as "Worn in SB VII". Pair of original Washington tube socks are also included. While we are not able to specifically warrant use by the pants and socks in Super Bowl XVII they were preserved along with the jersey within the Riggins collection.
