September 19, 1982 John Riggins autographed Commemorative Game Ball (Super Bowl Championship/MVP season). P.Rozelle NFL football having been presented to Riggins as the recipient of the game ball for Washington's 21-13 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Riggins ran for and impressive 136 yards on 34 carries. Riggins name and game details are hand painted onto white side panel and Riggins has signed the ball in silver paint pen on adjacent panel. Slight deflation to the ball with light general age wear. Includes auction LOA from JSA and certificate of provenance from John Riggins: EX
