December 2, 1979 John Riggins autographed Commemorative Game Ball. P.Rozelle NFL football having been presented to Riggins as the recipient of the game ball for Washington's 38-21 victory over the Green Bay Packers. Riggins ran for 88 yards and also collected 34 receiving yards leading the team to a victory. Riggins name and game details are hand painted onto white side panel and Riggins has signed the ball in silver paint pen on adjacent panel (inverted to painted writing panel). Light general age wear including some minor paint crazing/flaking with slight deflation to the ball not affecting display qualities.
