A cover for the Mercury-Atlas 6 (MA-6) mission, also known as Friendship 7, launched on February 20, 1962, placing astronaut John Glenn into Earth's orbit for the first time as a U.S. astronaut, completing three orbits before a safe splashdown. The cover displays the cancellation stamp with the launch date. The cover has been hand signed by Astronaut John Glenn. The cover has also been hand signed by Harry Howard "Lord of Perth" (Perth Australia). The cover is in excellent condition with minimal handling wear.
