È quindi vietato a tutti i marinai e gli ufficiali vendere in anticipo la loro parte di bottino «a peine d’etre punis severament» La bella testatina allegorica è incisa su legno da Jean Beugnet, valente artista della seconda metà del XVIII secolo, allievo di Papillon.
