Mid 20th Century; Original, Mebane Antique Auction Gallery is proud to offer this special discovery 1950's Spy Radio set used by the CIA and the US Military. Set includes original Radio Station RS-6A manual includes schematics, manual has no date and did not list printer. Components include Receiver RR-6A, Filter accessory unit RA-6, Transmitter RT-6A and Power supply RP6. Each unit when examined appears to be complete with various sub miniature tubes, miniature tubes and octal based tubes used in transmitter. Each unit found inside it's protective cover. Condition is as found. We have not attempted to clean any of the components. Instruction book has 51 numbered pages. Other accessories included in this lot are ear plugs, antenna wire, clamps, extra crystal units, plug adaptor and other. Also includes (2) TM 11-459 International Morse Code books, U.S. Army Southeastern Signal School Fort Gordon Ga. Aug 1968 Radio operators manual, GTA 574 prefabricated military bridge card and GTA 510-10 mine card. Radio was found in box from U.S. Army Corp Fort McPherson Ga. also stamped Orlando Fl.
