Original vintage black and white portrait of Frank Sinatra, photographed by Ernest A. Bachrach. The image features a formal head-and-shoulders pose of Sinatra in suit and tie, printed on matte finish paper. The photo is blind stamped “Ernest A. Bachrach” in the lower left corner and marked FS-586 in the lower right. Bachrach, one of RKO’s premier studio photographers, was known for capturing definitive Hollywood portraits of the 1930s–50s, and worked extensively with stars such as Katharine Hepburn, Cary Grant, and Ginger Rogers. This portrait reflects Sinatra’s early film and recording career period during the late 1940s. Condition: Very good condition. No significant creasing, tears, or stains noted. Light handling wear consistent with age.
