Metal cup (some sources say sourced from steel from enemy projectiles) with portraits of Kaiser Wilhelm II of Germany and Franz Josef I of Austria Hungary. Cup is 5 7/8" tall, 2 15/16" diameter at top. Interior gilt; some loss of gilt at bottom of interior. Marked on base with bear mark with 2 dots.
