World War Two lot including 15 photographs and 40 postcards. There is a small group of photos related to Major Harry Hermann  in the ETO including a press photograph of Major Hermann receiving his Combat Infantry Badge from General Harry B. Vaughn. The photo was autographed to Major Hermann by General Vaughn.  The other photographs include Yokosura, Japan and U.S. Ships at the Yokosura, Japan Naval Base. The postcards include views of the Okinawa battle ground including Sugar Loaf Hill, Oroku Peninsula, Naha Airfield, Senaga Shima, the 6th Division Cemetery, U.S. Marine Corps General Lemuel Shepherd Jr. and also postcards from Tsingtao, China.  In-house shipping is available. Open pickup is Tuesday, Oct. 29 from Noon to 7 pm at our offices in Carroll, OH 43112 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. We charge $5/lot if you want to pick up a different day.
