Large poster lot, (6) pieces. These historic posters are patriotic and colorful, and could be a restorationist's dream project. Posters are mounted on backings, in fair to good condition exhibiting age wear, some corner damage and slight tears. The range of titles is great. From "President Wilson's Great Message" by the San Francisco Examiner, to the American Red Cross poster proclaiming "Our Boys Need Sox/ Knit Your Bit" and several between. There is also the American Library Association United War Campaign 1918 by Sheridan, the US Naval Reserve Force Recruiting poster, the Knights of Columbus "Help Us Help Our Boys" 1918 by Burton Rice, and a "Red Cross Honor Roll" poster with blank lines to be filled in. These posters typically measure 33"x20", with the Wilson's Great message being approx. 18"x21".
