The sheath features dense repoussé decoration with a serpent-like dragon, floral and Baroque motifs, and ends in the form of a sea dragon. Similar decoration runs along the back of the sheath, including another serpent-shaped dragon at its front tip. The bone handle is single-piece, and at its top there is a recess housing a small pair of tongs (masia). Along one side of the blade, there are engraved vegetal designs, a heart pierced by two arrows, and the date 1886. The spine of the blade bears an engraved linear pattern. length: 40 cm.; length with sheath: 43 cm.
