Extraordinary item, Crescent shaped pinback badge, 1-3/4” x 1-3/4, around the top “SPECIAL” and in the center of the star, “POLICE”. The New Orleans UCV reunions were very well attended and as a result, the committee hired “Special Police” to help with the crowd.
