This ball in chain is unmarked on the lock and the ball. The quality is manufacturing is heavy and very solidly made. The lock has no key and it may be marked but the age and rust have made it hard to see. Shows much wear, age and some rust. This is the real deal and weights exactly 20 pounds with would be a police/jail required weight.
