Leather base in good condition - exterior could use a good oiling. Leather head stall strap leather is flexible in places and stiff in others (needs cleaning/oiling). No rips or tears to canvas - exterior leather enforced breather holes are present. This feed sack is still usable with a little TLC - see photos
