PAUL DACHSEL KUNSTKERAMIK ART POTTERY RETICULATED PITCHER Turn-Teplitz, circa 1907, puce printed PD monogram mark, of elongated tall tapering cylindrical form, the multi-loop handle pierced at the lower terminal, splashed and overlaid in rustic green and brown textured glazes - h:17.75 w:7.50 in. In 1905, Dachsel, the son-in-law of Alfred Stellmacher, the founder of Amphora Pottery company in Turn-Teplitz, founded his own pottery studio. Kunstkeramik Paul Dachsel designs favored simple forms with applied handles and ornamentation in the organic Art Nouveau style. The ceramic studio remained in business until 1911.
