Ovoid body centered by circular miniatures depicting landscapes with equestrian figures encircled by a gilded, relief-sculpted laurel wreath; multi-colored floral motifs are arranged all around, interrupted by a Greek key motif at the top and a base with minute floral motifs rendered in relief; lid surmounted by a bird of prey. Gilded bronze ring support on a quadrangular base, height 48 cm.
