Vintage Glass Art Bell Joe Rice St Clair Lot. This is a lot of two glass art pieces that are shaped like bells. They both feature trumpet flower designs and controlled bubbles inside the glass. They also have markings that state they were made by Joe Rice St.Clair. He is a known craftsman in glass art. They are in good condition with some known scuffs. There are no known chios or cracks. In total this lot consists of the following; (1) Small glass art "bell". This is designed with white trumpet flowers and controlled bubbles. The underside reads "Joe St.Clair". Approximate measurement: 2'' diameter and 2 1/2'' tall.  (1) Large glass art "bell". This is designed with pink, blue, and yellow trumpet flowers. The underside reads "Joe 1989 Rice". Approximate measurement: 3'' diameter and 4'' tall.Â
