Art Glass Joe St. Clair Paperweight Pen Holder. This is a nice vintage original art glass paperweight pen holder. The item is made of blown art glass. The painting is signed by the artist. The item is vintage and it has a floral decoration in the glass. The paperweight is also a pen holder and it is marked by the maker on the underside of the base for STC for St. Clair. In great condition with no known cracks or chips. There are some known scuff marks at the base. The artist's signature is stamped at the base of the item. The glass ball measures approx. 3" x 3". measures approx. 3" x 10 5/8"
