Vintage Glass Art Designer Joe Rice Candlestick Lot . This is a lot of two glass art candlesticks. They state they were made by Joe Rice St. Clair. Joe Rice is a known craftsman in glass art. These pieces are in good condition with some known scuffs and wax residue. There are no known chips or cracks. In total this lot consists of the following; (1) Glass art candlestick with white trumpet flowers and green center. The underside reads "Joe 2001 Rice". Approximate measurement: 5''x 3 1/2''x 4''. (1) Glass art candlestick with white trumpet flowers and amber colored center. The underside reads "Joe St.Clair". Approximate measurement: 5''x 4''x 3''.  Â
