Vintage Glass Art Designer Joe Rice Candlestick . This is a lot of four glass art pieces. They state they are made by Joe Rice who is a known craftsman of glass art. They are in good condition with some known scuffs. There are no known chips or cracks. In total this lot consists of the following; (1) 2 Candlesticks. It is designed with pink trumpet flowers and controlled bubbles. The underside reads "Joe 95 Rice". Approximate measurement: 2 1/4''x 2 1/4''x 5 1/2''.  (1) 2 Paperweights. These are shaped like bells and designed with pink trumpet flowers and controlled bubbles. The underside reads "Joe St.Clair". Approximate measurement: 2 1/2''c 2 1/2''x 4''.Â
