Vintage Designer Joe Rice Paperweight 1992. This is a beautiful vintage art glass original handmade beige and pink trumpet flowers with controlled bubbles.  The artist's signature is stamped on the bottom of the art glass. There are no known cracks or chips. There are some known scuff marks at the base, but overall in great condition. Paperweight. Measures approx. 3 1/2" x 2 7/8"
