Vintage Glass Art Etched Designer Joe Rice. This is a vintage circa 1990s designer glass art piece. It is has controlled bubbles and is etched with ornate designs. The underside of the piece reads "Joe 98 Rice". Joe Rice is a known craftsman of glass art.  The shades of blue in this piece makes it look like ocean waves inside glass. It is in good vintage condition with some known scuffs. There are no known chips or cracks. Approximate measurement: 3 1/2'' diameter and 3 1/4'' tall.Â
