Sigurd Persson (Swedish, 1914-2003), a hand blown art glass vase designed in collaboration with Kosta Boda. The thick-walled crystal form features swirling internal ribbons of deep cobalt blue, violet, and clear glass, encased within a rounded cylindrical body. Rising from a polished flat base, the vase showcases Perssons refined modernist aesthetic and mastery of sculptural form through glass. The underside is engraved "Kosta" and bears the etched artist signature and production number. Dimensions: 7.5 X 5 X 3.75 in. Condition: Good overall condition with surface wear, having scratches to the underside. Shallow scrape / scuff to the bottom area on one side.
