A large and very fine K.P.M. painted porcelain plaque after Paul Delaroche (French, 1797-1856) La Jeune Martyr, signed F. Wagner, late 19th century Exceptionally finely painted, the verso signed "P. Delaroche/Martyre chretienne/cop. F. Wagner Wien," and with blue bindenschild mark and impressed scepter mark over "K.P.M.," "H," and "W," and with further incised dimensions "20 1/2 - 14 3/4;" housed in carved gesso and giltwood frame.
