Jais Nielsen (Danish, 18851961); for Royal Copenhagen; "David and Goliath" stoneware figure in brown and cream Sung (Song Dynasty) glaze, circa 1951, incised "0276" Blue painted "Jais" and three waves, green printed Royal Copenhagen stamp. Good condition. Height 13 inches (33 cm.) X width 6 1/2 inches (16.5 cm.).
