Capodimonte-Style Parian Porcelain Figural Centerpiece, 19th Century A large white parian (bisque) porcelain figural centerpiece modeled with three classically draped maidens around a circular base, rising to an urn-form knop with relief medallions and swags. Underglaze blue crown-over-"N" mark to underside (Capodimonte-type). Dimensions: approx. 15 1/4 in. high; 8 in. diameter (38.7 x 20.3 cm). Mark: Underglaze blue crowned "N" to base. Condition: Excellent condition, with minimal wear consistent with age. Notes: Neoclassical subject typical of Capodimonte traditions; attractive marble-like parian finish for display.
