Complete Copenhagen stamp with maker's mark for Caspar Julius Worm (1788-1857, citizen of Copenhagen 1810, alderman 1830-45), Copenhagen 1830. H. 24 cm. Filled. Total weight approx. 1046 g. Caspar Julius Worm was one of Copenhagen's most important late-Empire masters and was an employee in the production of the large silver service for the wedding of Prince Ferdinand and Princess Caroline in 1829.
