Willy Robert Huth, Kleiner Hafen auf Amrum, signed colour etching from 1958 Willy Robert Huth, 1890 Erfurt - 1977 Amrum, participated in the "1st German Expressionist Show" at "The Andersen Art Galleries" in New York in 1923, together with Paul Klee, Christian Rohlfs, Erich Heckel, Otto Mueller, Heinrich Nauen and Emil Nolde, among others. At the end of the 1920s he became a member of the Berlin Secession and the Deutscher Künstlerbund. 1947-57 Professorship at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste in Berlin; founding member of the Berlin Neue Gruppe.
