Lorenz Borenstein, a New Orleans-based art dealer and entrepreneur who represented Sister Gertrude Morgan, introduced him to her in the mid-1960s. McKuen became one of her biggest collectors and used some of her pictures to illustrate a 1970 book of quotations from the Bible titled God's Greatest Hits, which sold more than 300,000 copies. C
