After his secondary studies, he worked extensively with mosaics. The sensibility and the techniques developed in this area have strongly influenced his choices in painting and printmaking. Spahn is known for his paintings, lithographs and serigraphs and mono-prints (hand-enhaced graphic works). Victor Spahn has participated in the "Salon of Independent Artists", France, in 1970. One man shows followed in Paris, including one in 1976 for the "Societe Toyota". In 1988, he created a poster for the World Championship of Handball. Classical dancing and florals are also among his subjects."
