The work is framed behind glass. Occasionally light craquelure visible. There is an isolated small loss of color visible in the right edge, otherwise overall of good impression. The image measures 62 x 46 cm, the frame 70 x 54.5 cm. Oscar (Oszkár) Glatz (1872-1958) Oscar Glatz was born 1872 in Budapest. He studied philosophy in Vienna and Munich and besides that attended the Academy preparatory courses. From 1893 he studied at the Munich Academy under Gabriel von Hackl and at the Académie Julian Paris. In 1908 he became a founding member of the circle of Hungarian Impressionists and Naturalists, in 1925 he further became a full member of the Wiener Künstlerkreis. In addition, Glatz gave lectures at the Academy of Fine Arts in Budapest for several years. Shipping costs excl. statutory VAT and plus 2,5% (+VAT) shipping insurance.
