Paul” Overall dimensions 30 x 24 cm Very good condition This charming oil painting by the German painter Peter Paul shows a farmhouse at a small pond. In front of the house are some chickens shown, picking. The whole scene is set in an autumn landscape, painted in warm tones. A path leads directly from the lower front edge of the image towards the farm and seems to almost function as an invitation to the spectator to become for a while part of this tranquil moment. The oil painting is in very good condition with only minor abrasions at its edges, due to a former framing. It is signed lower right “P. Paul”. The overall dimensions are 30 x 24 cm.
