China, ca. 100-200 AD. Rare group of approximately 33 tiles and fragments, calcified glass or composition, from a burial suit of a high-ranking individual. Some tiles are pierced for attachments, most have carved images of dragons and some minute remnants of gold. Provenance: Ex Robert Ellsworth Collection
