Oscar DeMejo (Italian-American, 1911-1992) "Fairy Tale Book & Characters", acrylic on canvas panel, signed middle right, 20" x 16", good condition with cupped board; provenance: from the estate of the artist's wife; in addition to his naive surrealist paintings, DeMejo had degrees in both Law and Political Science and was a jazz composer
