Sebring (one of the five brothers that founded the town of Sebring, Ohio) Gifted by the above to Cory Julyn Phalen, her great grandchild, 1969 Notes: The very faint ink notations on the label affixed to the verso of the support board read: Title: Tea in the Garden / Artist: L. E. Van Gorder / Address: 501 Euclid Ave, Toledo, OH / Agent: Wm S Budworth & Son. William Sylvester Budworth was described in his 1938 "New York Times" obituary as an artist and former head of the New York packing and shipping company of the same name.
