oil painting on canvas titled "Fields", signed lower left and on verso. Braught was born in Carlisle, PA, studied at Pennsylvania Academy of Design, Society of Independent Artists and Salons of America. He taught at Cornell University and painted in Provincetown in the 1920's. Sight size 12" x 12". In a carved silver gilt frame 17 1/2" x 18".
