Two 19th C. oil paintings, the first, a small study after "Lost Dogs", original by Otto von Thoren (Austrian, 1828 - 1889), depicts two hunting dogs in a winter landscape, illegibly signed and dated 1897 lower right, gilt frame, wear consistent with age including overall toning 5" x 5"; along with a pastoral scene of cows, fenced pasture, no signature viewed, gilt frame, wear consistent with age, 5" x 7".
