This is a rather unusual antique cabinet or mounted photograph of some kind of technician seated in a control room with what looks to be a very large cabinet with electric meters, and also behind the seated man is another smaller cabinet with a large volt meter. There is lengthy contemporary text on the back but we were unable to decipher it.
