A signed 1987 Grand Bahama Grand Prix poster, signed by Dennis Simon and another unidentified signature in black ink, numbered 38/300. 22.25 x 38.5 inches. Rounding out the lot with an American Cancer Society Speed 80 race poster from 1980, 22 x 17 inches. Dennis Simon was a freelance artist in the 1970s. As a car enthusiast, he spent a lot of time working on car design posters for advertising. He purchased two red XK-120 Roadsters, which were the inspiration for works like these.
