AUTI TE PAPE (MONGAN/KORNFELD/JOACHIM 16) Woodcut, 1893-4, on chine volant, inscribed Paul Gauguin fait and Pola Gauguin imp in pencil by the artist's son, numbered no 53, printed and published in 1921 by Pola Gauguin, Copenhagen, very pale lightstain, affixed at top left sheet corner verso to back mat, minor tapestaining at top right sheet corner, a few unobtrusive pale foxing spots in the margins and verso, otherwise in good condition, with (full?) margins, framed. 8 1/8 x 14 inches; 206 x 356 mm. Sheet 10 5/8 x 16 3/8 inches; 270 x 416 mm.
