Reginald Marsh BATTERY BELLES; CONEY ISLAND BEACH (S. 177; 220) An etching and engraving and an engraving, 1938 and 1942, respectively, inscribed with the artist's name and initialed in pencil by the artist's wife, matstain line, minor printer's ink in the margins and verso, unobtrusive handling creases, the first with a second matstain line near left and bottom sheet edges, some old tape (with associated glue residue and light abrasion) verso, the second with some pale discoloration at left and right sheet edges, some old tape and glue residue at top sheet edge verso (showing faintly through to recto), otherwise in good condition, with full margins. (2) Larger 9 x 12 inches; 229 x 305 mm.
