Schrimpf” Provenance: From an extensive Düsseldorf private collection Overall dimensions 40.5 x 30.5 cm Very good condition This charming lithograph by the German painter Georg Schrimpf shows a barefooted paper boy sitting on top of some stairs. The boy is holding a pile of newspapers underneath his arm and he gazes over his left shoulder straight at the spectator. This is a very nice lithograph that convinces due to its intense black and white contrasts. The lithograph is in very good condition. It is signed lower right “G. Schrimpf.
