A group of two 18th century hand colored engravings by noted Dutch engraver Jacobus Houbraken (Dutch, 1698-1780), comprising "Sidney, Earl of Godolphin, Lord High Treasurer"-circa 1740, bust-length portrait print depicting the Earl of Godolphin (British, 1645-1712) in a stately wig, with sacks of coins and a scale depicted below, inscribed indistinctly to lower margin "In the collection of his Grace the Duke of Newcastle J. Houbraken sculps. Amst."; and "William Cecil Lord Burleigh"-1738, bust-length portrait print depicting Lord Burleigh (British, 1520-1598) in courtly dress with hat and elaborate collar, with a putto and dog with key and shaft depicted below, inscribed to lower margin "J. Houbraken sculps. Amst. In the collection of the Right Hon. the Earl of Burlington. impenfis J. & P. Knapton Londini, 1738." Each framed approximately 22.5" x 16.75".
