An engraving depicting Fyodor a son of Tsar Ivan IV, better known as Ivan “The Terrible” and his first wife, Anastasia by Johann Christoph Weigel (1654-1726), who was a Nuremberg engraver. Weigel provided images of public figures, costume prints, landscapes and maps. Fyodor's pose and attire was a popular way to represent rulers.
